Hey there, I’m Paul Sweeney, the Managing Director of Pretium Solutions. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in accounting and business advisory, I’ve had the privilege of steering numerous businesses towards success.

You may also know me as the host of The Business Behind Your Business podcast. Or you may find me speaking at events, like business expos and chambers, participating in panel discussions and being interviewed on other podcasts.

Why I Do What I Do

I’m a country NSW native and grew up watching family-run businesses anchor the community. This shaped my commitment to empowering small and medium businesses through high-quality, value-based advisory services. At Pretium Solutions, we break the myth that ambition and exponential growth are reserved only for large enterprises.
